This split-level townhouse, has 2 bedrooms (King in Master and Queen in Second Bedroom), 2 full baths and feels like home. Features include a one car attached garage, an open great room concept with elevated dining area, and 20 ft of balcony space overlooking a lake. This townhouse is conveniently located across from Siesta Key's Public Beach and the complex has both tennis courts and a heated pool with covered pavilion and BBQ area.

Sleeps 6 -- King in master, Queen in second bedroom and Queen pull-out sofa bed.

Just across the street from sun kissed Siesta Beach, acclaimed as the Number One Beach in the United States. Noted for “The Whitest sand in the world”.

Siesta Beach is the only stretch of beach on Siesta Key that is life guard protected. It is also complete with showers and bathrooms, snack bars, grills, picnic tables, shade trees, and a large parking area.

Just north of Siesta Beach, Siesta Key Village has many stores ranging from hip and funky to high-end boutiques and, of course, we wouldn't be a beach town without the beach accessory and souvenir shops. This mostly pedestrian village is an ideal spot to shop, enjoy a casual bite or fine dining, check out the local music scene or just people watch. You'll also find a drug store, a post office, and the Siesta Key Chamber of Commerce at Davidson's Plaza.

The sand at Siesta Key's Crescent Beach was rated as "The World's Finest, Whitest Sand™" at the Great International Sand Challenge in 1987 beating more than 30 entrants and the Travel Channel recognized it as "The Best Sand Beach in America" in 2004.

If Michelle (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
