Description

Newly remodeled with the best view on Michigan's largest inland lake at Lake Charlevoix's Foster Boat Works. The City of Charlevoix and Lake Michigan beach are a short walk way. Yacht club access included with heated outdoor pool and lounging. Lake Charlevoix's Ferry Beach is next door.

Sleeps six with two bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms. Renovations include hardwood floors, full stainless appliances, petoskey inlade concrete counters and bath vanity. Two wall mounted televisions in living room and bedroom with upgraded cable and wifi. All new furniture designed for your comfort. Queen beds with trundles in the bedrooms, couch pulls to bed. A pack in play and booster seat available.

Enjoy the various activities Foster Boat Works location has to offer.:

-On site activities include heated pool, grilling, night time bonfires, or just relaxing and enjoying the spectacular views.

- On site amenities also include club house with pay laundry facilities and very clean bathrooms with additional showers. One may also choose to rent a Northwestern Marine Basin dock slip out front.

-Take a beautiful ten minute walk or few minute bike ride along Lake Charlevoix's edge and by Belvidere club to Town of Charlevoix and Lake Michigan or many great restaurants.

-Two block walk to Ferry beach with beach frontage, boat access, two playgrounds, more grills with picnic tables, tennis courts, horseshoe courts, volleyball courts, and basketball courts.
