Private pool in palm tree garden

Casa Calida is a very spacious and luxurious villa with a nice tropical palm tree garden and a private pool! The house is situated in the beautiful residential area Sabalpalm Villas, close to the airport and just a few minutes away from the beaches at Sorobon, with the famous Hang Out Beachbar.

Fully equipped kitchen

The villa has 4 spacious bedrooms all with their own bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. All the bedrooms have air conditioning. The living room and porch have ceiling fans and the kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster, blender, water boiler and coffee machine.

Rinse tanks for scuba gear

Outside you will find the private pool (7 x 4 meters and a depth of 2.00 m) with an outside shower. For the divers there are rinse tanks and lockers for their dive gear. There is enough parking space in front of the house and in the front yard.

To make your stay more comfortable you will have free access to Wi-Fi. In the living room and the largest bedroom you will find a TV with some Dutch broadcasters and many foreign.

This was an amazing place to stay was on the outside of town but not far from anything. Enjoyed the pool alot. Tye breezes in the evening were enjoyable and will be back soon hopefully for good

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
