Description
Villa Koumaria was built recently in an open, south facing location with all-day sun surrounded by olive groves, Mediterranean oak and wild strawberry trees. The open-plan living area and large covered veranda are on the upper floor, taking advantage of the impressive views over the countryside towards Corfu town, the south of the island and mainland Greece. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom is on the upper floor. The other three bedrooms are on the lower floor, with two opening directly onto the lower veranda and pool area. Outside there is a large patio with stone barbecue. The location is very secluded and not overlooked, but only a few km from lively beaches, tavernas and other facilities and 30 minutes drive from Corfu town centre and the airport.
