Thank you for reading, before detailing all the great stuff about of this apartment, I just wanted to let you know that our team of cleaners have been trained to ensure that your stay is a safe one. Everything is thoroughly cleaned and checked prior to your arrival. Rest assured, we are doing everything we can to prevent the spread of this awful illness.

Luxury duplex penthouse apartment in the heart of Altinkum. Location, location, location as this apartment is just a few metres from the main beach. Wonderful sea views from the side of the property whilst the rear highlights hillside and street views. Boasting both a large sea view terrace and sea view balcony, this location is perfect for soaking up the sun and the local atmosphere.

Unlike most modern apartments, this one has very good sized internal space. The apartment has a large lounge with 2 sofa beds and air conditioning, with access to a large side balcony. 2 extremely large main bedrooms with kingsize beds, one containing an air conditioning unit and access to a large terrace. The smallest bedroom has a single bed, but would be deemed a double bedroom by size and also has access to the large terrace. A separate kitchen, separate utility room plus 2 marbled toilet/shower rooms complete the internal space.

Very close to all the main attractions, restaurants, bars, funfair and shops.

“Family holiday in Altinkum”

Our first time back to Altinkum since our family apartment was sold, so we were nervous about finding something that felt like ‘home from home’, but we were spoilt with this apartment. It was everything we needed as a family of 5, and more. There’s so much space. The kids each had their own rooms upstairs & loved it. The roof terrace is amazing with sea views and balconies too. Paul the owner was so helpful, before the holiday with our enquiries, and during too. The location is perfect, and we can not fault it at all. We’ll definitely be returning to this apartment.

Response from the owner Chris, Sarah and their children were perfect house guests. We maintained excellent communication prior to, during and after their visit. The apartment was in the same clean and tidy condition that we handed over. With a family of any size, that takes some dedication, and as a host, it's something I really appreciated. Chris and Sarah even washed all the bedding and towels ready for our next guests. Super family and lovely people, I would welcome them back any time.
