Retreat-like, airy, 2-bedroom home.

Nestled in the foothills.

Furnished with everything for a relaxing vacation or work trip.

Peaceful vibe.

Strong Wifi.

The home is 2100 square feet on one floor and sleeps four.

Due East: closeup/uninterrupted panoramas of the Sandia Mountains (at 10,637 feet).

Due West: 70-mile panoramic sunset views.

The stucco house has an open floor plan, saltillo tile floors, high ceilings, tons of windows, mountain views, and walled front and back yards.

Outdoor space is primo too -- from a front, western-facing patio to two backyard sitting/dining areas, one with hammock, both with fountains.

Kitchen: LG refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher, stainless double sink, Frigidaire gas stove/oven, microwave, Silestone counters, and fully equipped in every other way.

Dining Area: Seats four and opens onto back patio.

Great Room: Fourteen-foot ceilings with vigas, gas fireplace, two couches, two Danish modern chairs, one recliner chair, stereo system, cable tv/dvd.

Ceiling fans throughout house.

Master Bedroom: Queen-sized Four Seasons mattress and a twin bed. Oriental carpet; attached bathroom with shower/tub.

Bedroom #2: Queen-sized Casper mattress; full bath across the hallway with shower/tub. Direct access to the back yard from this wing of the house.

Laundry Room: High efficiency/front load washer + dryer.

Office: With whiteboard, two desks.

Outdoor Space: Three separate seating areas; move with the sun/shade. Outdoor dining. Back patio with two fountains and a hammock, facing east and the mountain. Front patio with a fountain facing west. Plenty of greenery to counteract the shades of brown desert beyond the walls :-)

Garage parking is possible but not guaranteed. Otherwise there's a private driveway.

Please respect the house as if it's your home (since it's my primary home).

Accidents happen; if something breaks please let me know. (Someone cut a drip hose and two potted Japanese maple trees died. Someone else broke and threw away the ironing board and I didn't notice for a month on a morning I really needed it.) It would have been better to know about those in real time.
