Description

Our studio is located on Orient Beach (regularly voted the best beach in the Caribbean) on the French half of St Maarten, St. Martin, Caribbean. The highly sought-after, second floor apartment totally renovated in 2014 is located in the renown former Mont Vernon Hotel. The studio faces Orient Bay with immediate, less than 1 minute, access to the white sand beach with turquoise 85 degree water all year round. The spacious balcony with panoramic frontal view of the sea allows guests to sit down, relax, and savor a meal.

We finished a total interior renovation recently. All furniture is brand new (super comfortable queen size bed, fold out couch with spring mattress, leather armchair, table with chairs, ample closet etc.). Designer quality kitchen cabinets & top-of-the-line appliances, a bathroom with a washer/dryer and luxurious household items like Egyptian linens, towels, high end tableware and silverware are for your use. Contemporary style with sleek design and clear cut form provide background to the ravishing view.

Our studio has reliable wireless fast internet and flat screen TV with 18 American and French channels. Guests may order extra cleaning during their stay. Unit is non-smoking.

On the beach you could find numerous places to rent equipment for kite-surfing, wind-surfing, sailing or enjoying the unique seaside exquisite dining experience.

The Mont Vernon area is a gated community with 24h security, manicured landscaping and a tiny grocery store with fresh baguettes and tasty pizzeria. It is only a mile to GRAND CASE which is the French gourmet capital of the Caribbean ("la capitale gastronomique des Antilles")!

From our studio you would admire the absolutely fabulous unforgettable views of Orient Beach, neighboring islands St Barts, Green Cay & Tintamarre!

If Joanna (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
