Cozy 2 bedroom Alpine townhome located on a pond only 3/4 mile entrance from Jack Frost Mountain. Security Guard entrance onto property. Master bdrm with Queen and Master bathrm, upstairs double bunk and Queen pullout in livingroom. Sleeps 7 comfortably. Mostly all new appliances including stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Fireplace, and wood available. Deck overlooks pond which can be used for iceskating in winter and fishing in spring and summer.Minutes away from brand new Jack Frost National Golf Course. 25 minutes from Premium shopping outlets, 15 minutes from Pocono raceway, 20 minutes from Hickory State Park, 25 minutes from Jim Thorpe.. Summertime access to Big Boulder lake Beach Club (canoeing, tennis, pool beach etc- this is an additional small fee) Restaurant next door

Getting around

NOTE: Due to Covid 19, limitations of 50%capacity and restrictions we had to make a decision to NOT offer Boulder Lake Club as part of your stay this summer. Please look into PA state Parks as an alternative ( I. E. Hickory Run State Park , Sandy Beach DCNR.pa.gov We will have it for next year!!!

There are no keys to our place. Just a punch code. We do not put on site for security reasons. When u book you should contact us at so we can send all info for house rental. There will be info on refrigerator as well. There is no pool but the Poconos is loaded with water parks. H2OOOO, camelback , kalahari etc.

House rules

We are a family style rental unit. Renters must be over 21, preferably 25. No large groups of teenagers. Dogs are okay but there us an additional 10.00 a night fee.

How do damage deposits work?
