Enjoy all that Hilton Head has to offer with this villa as your home base.

The villa has cable television and free Wifi. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing and eating meals in.

We have a wonderful Resort property with lots of amenities, including 3 pools (one is an indoor heated one), beach access via private boardwalk, hot tub, sauna, kiddie pool, tennis courts (no additional fees), poolside restaurant/convenience store (open March-October), and a beach cabana at the end of the boardwalk that serves food and drinks right on the beach (open March-October)!

Note: there are coin operated washers and dryers at the resort, but not in the villa itself. There are also shared charcoal grills in a picnic area at the resort. Pools, hot tub, sauna, fitness facility running track, beach, tennis courts, etc., are also shared amenities.

**** Before booking a stay LONGER THAN 58 nights, please note the following additional fees are payable (via money order or cashiers check only) by the guest directly to the Resort office within 2 business days of your arrival at the Resort (amounts subject to change). Any questions, please inquire prior to booking:

Off Season (December 1 - March 31) - stays greater than 59 days but less than 90 days:

Registration Fee: $25 per tenant

ID Card: $30 per tenant

Vehicle Decal: $50 per vehicle

For stays that are 60 days or longer and fall outside of the "off season' dates:

Registration Fee: $50 per tenant

ID Card: $60 per tenant

Vehicle Decal: $100 per vehicle

In addition, guests staying 90 days or longer must submit to and pass a background check.

**** PLEASE NOTE: Being located in the South, all the units at our Resort are treated on a preventive basis once per month by Orkin. Therefore, please be aware that they will have to access the units on the scheduled dates. The schedules for this activity is posted near the elevators at the Resort, and also on the reverse side of the map that you will be given at the gate upon check in. Orkin schedule is as follows (subject to change):

1st Friday of the month: all units in Building 4

2nd Friday of the month: all units in Building 3

3rd Friday of the month: all units in Building 2

4th Friday of the month: all units in Building 1

How do damage deposits work?
