We're minutes from Jack Frost/Big Boulder ski resorts, H2Oh! indoor water park, Jim Thorpe, Skirmish Paintball, Hickory Run State Park, 100 outlet store shopping mall, 15 minute drive to 13 miles of ATV trails, and more!
This is a non-smoking home. Maximum 12 occupants, 10 adults. Must be 23 years of age to rent. High School & College Groups prohibited.
Note: We receive a maximum of 8 passes for the community amenities (CURRENTLY, DUE TO COVID-19, THE FOLLOWING AMENITIES ARE NOT AVAILABLE - clubhouse, tennis & basketball courts. The beach, lake, & paddle boat rentals are now open with the pool open during the weekends and will open daily after June 19th). All guests ages 2 & older require a pass for amenity use.
Guests MUST provide their own bed linens, extra blankets, bath towels, & paper products.
We're located in peaceful Towamensing Trails, this home is within a quarter mile of all the amenities! Just around the corner from the Lake, Beach, Pool, club house, playground, tennis courts, and basketball courts. This beautiful home has 3 bedrooms + loft, 2 full baths, plus a large game room with pool table, ping pong, air hockey and shuffle board. Flat screen TVs in game room, living room, and all 3 bedrooms. High speed wireless Internet throughout the house. At the back of the house there is a sliding glass door leading to a large backyard.
Winter - 10 minutes to H2Ooooh! at Split Rock - indoor water park, 84 degree tropical pleasure! Hickory Run State park for cross country skiing, or Big Boulder-Jack Frost downhill ski area - Come home for a break and since you're only 10 minutes away go back and ski the evening at Big Boulder. 30 Minutes to Camelback ski resort. After a day of skiing/snowboarding/tubing come home and cozy up to the stone gas fireplace.
Pets must be disclosed and discussed with the owner prior to booking.
Summer - A 5 minute walk to lake, club house, pool (with kiddie pool), sandy beach (with volleyball court), kids playground, & tennis and basketball courts as well on a 195-acre, crystal-clear lake stocked with trout and bass. Rent a paddle boat or enjoy a relaxing day on the beach!
This home is equipped with all modern furniture plus everything else you will need. The Living Room has a new sectional sofa which can sleep one or two, plus a 65 inch TV/with cable and DVD/CD player. The kitchen is equipped with all new appliances and utensils. A sliding glass door leads out to a deck with patio furniture and gas grill. Big yard is perfect for horse shoes, volleyball or a game of whiffle ball.
There are 3 beautiful bedrooms with plenty of room, all have ceiling fans plus baseboard heaters with individual thermostats. Temperatures are typically 8-10 degrees cooler than Phila./NY.
