Description
This Condo is perfect for a large family and friends!! A small complex located directly on beautiful Indian Rocks Beach. There is a lovely heated pool and hot tub. Beautiful new landscaping, brick pavers around the pool and patio furniture to relax or view the awesome sunsets.
We are located on the Gulf, not the intercoastal. The unit is NOT direct Gulf Front, it is on the East side of the complex. The balcony faces the intercoastal with views of the restaurants and other businesses along the main road.
The unit has three bedrooms and two full baths. Master Bedroom has 1 King Size bed along with a TV. The 2nd bedroom has 2 Full size beds. The 3rd Bedroom has 2 twin size beds along with a TV.
Large Dining room. The family room has a 50" Flatscreen TV. Cable and internet provided. There is a wet bar off the family room as well. The condo includes a private balcony with patio furniture.
Laundry facilities under parking garage.
Pool, spa, barbeque, and private access to the beach.
Unit also includes 2 parking spots.
Great restaurants, shopping, water sport and ice cream shops across the street!!

“Fabulous”

“Ideal Indian Rocks Beach Fl Rental”
We stayed here for my son’s high school graduation and had a fantastic time! The 3 bedroom 2 bath condominium had everything you would want for a beach stay vacation! Spacious living room, dining room and full kitchen with top notch appliances and a pantry filled with cooking supplies, including spices, pancake syrup, oils, etc.. The beds were new and comfortable and the owner Richie provides extra comforters, blankets, sheets, beach towels, washer, dryer and even baby beds and high chairs which we did not need, but ideal if you do! There were TVs in every room for downtime from the sun. The location was perfect, although not directly Gulf front, it has a great big table and chairs on its private balcony overlooking Gulf Blvd for enjoying morning coffee and sorting sea shells! The huge Gulf Front pool and hot tub was clean and never over crowded bcuz the condos share them, but it is a very private setting! Excellent for sunrise and sunset viewing! Richie the owner is the nicest guy I’ve ever rented from in 20 years of renting family vacation spots! He responds immediately and was very helpful to make our stay turn out to be the best 4 days we could have planned! I will definitely return as I live in Tampa, and I will refer out of state family for future visits!

“SunSet Paradise condos”
It was a nice condo - outside of the fact that the tv in the main room was non functional and when we texted the owner, we never got a reply Other than that - very good vacation!!!!
