Description

.Located halfway between Traverse City and Charlevoix, approximately 200 + feet of private Lake Michigan frontage, western exposure, outstanding sunsets. Cottage will sleep 4 comfortably, ideal for a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 small children, very large deck. The loft with king size mattress requires going up a 5 step built in ladder and may not be suitable for some people. All water related toys are welcome, no dirt bikes/ATV's or motorcycles of any kind. Cottage is non smoking , there isn't a cleaning fee just leave cottage in same condition as when you arrived, if not a $125.00 will be deducted from your security deposit.t. You will need to bring your own towels and linens, there are pillows. All cooking utensils are in the cottage, glasses, dishes, knives , forks, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. Check in is Sunday at 2:00pm and checkout is Sunday at 10:00 am. . Pets are welcome, there is a $50.00 fee for each pet you bring. Wireless internet and Cable TV as well.

Excellant quiet secluded place on the beach. Owner Ken great guy.Thanks ken. Highly recommend this little place for couples. Dogs had fun too.

How do damage deposits work?

If Ken (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
