Description

Besides its great location close to The Meadow and SM pool, our favorite features are the big roaring fireplace, dual-headed shower, all-wood interior walls (no plaster or sheet rock anywhere) and nice furnishings. Very clean and "cabiny" feeling.

Our Black Butte home has 3 sleeping areas: 2 downstairs bedrooms and a large sleeping and play area upstairs for the children. Home is well furnished for one family or suitable for two smaller families. It is nicely-situated on a good-sized lot with circular driveway in quiet cul-de-sac close to Big Meadow. Peek-a-boo views exist from different locations on deck. Living area has very high, vaulted ceilings. Situated walking distance to South Meadow pool and tennis courts (few hundred yards), biking distance to the new Glaze Meadow Sports Complex and not far from the main Ranch entrance and Lodge facilities. This location, SM44, offers privacy and quiet while making trips to the country store or into the nearby Western-themed town of Sisters quick and easy.

BBQ ( a little wimpy but it gets the job done) on deck with large lot and small grassy area.

For seniors, the two bedrooms downstairs and bath do not require any stairs or stair climbing during your visit. Also, we have had several guests who have children with severe allergies that have had a great time at the cabin and appreciate our No Pet / No Smoking policy!

*Upstairs 3rd sleeping area is 'open/loft' style, not an actual bedroom.

**Months of July & August have 3-night minimum stay requirements and weekends must be booked before solely weekday visits are accepted.

***Holiday Visits price range $225-$375 depending on length of stay ex: Christmas, New Years, 4th of July etc.

Getting around

A car is recommended. Bikes available for rent at the Recreation Center. Motorcycles not allowed in the gated residential area (may access The Lodge Restaurant & Pool public area).

We try to keep the process simple: pay via this site or PayPal if you've contacted us independently, detailed instruction sheet sent via email/pdf and realtor style lock box for keys. BBR is gated community with security gates. We will provide our visitors names to the Welcome Center for gate passes upon arrival.

How do damage deposits work?

If Robert (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
