Description
Our rental property is located in a high-rise luxury oceanfront condominium in Daytona Beach Shores, Florida. This beautiful building will meet all your needs during your vacation time. The entrance into the building is a spectacular full height atrium/lobby. The atrium/lobby is elegantly furnished and centered with a beautiful water fountain.
The unit is a very large two bedroom-two bath. The kitchen, dining room and living room are arranged in an open concept. The master bedroom, guest bedroom and two bathrooms complete the unit. The unit has ceramic floors throughout. The balcony is the full width of the unit and gives a spectacular view of the ocean.
The kitchen is complete with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, generous counter space, a full set of cutlery and china, as well as other dishes and appliances..
The living room has two leather sofas, a wide screen television and DVD player. There is access from the living room to the ocean front balcony.
The master bedroom includes a king size bed, walk in closet, a television and an en-suite bathroom with a roman bath and shower and two sinks. There is access from the master bedroom to the ocean front balcony.
The guest bedroom has two full beds, a television, closet, and access to the second bathroom, which includes a shower. The second bedroom has a view on atrium.
The washer and dryer are included inside the unit.
Other amenities include cable TV programs, free wireless internet access and free long distance calls to USA and Canada.
Sheets, bed covers, pillows, towels etc. are all included.
Not included are any consumables.
Minimum rental period is two weeks.
Rates for race week and special events are higher. Discount rates available for low season.
