Very Beautiful and new 5 bedroom home located within minutes of Seven

Springs, Hidden Valley, and Laurel Mountain resorts. Surrounded by 1 ½ acres of

beautiful woods, this home is everything you could want and more.

This cabin is with walking distance of the Forbes State Forest. There

are hiking and skiing trails to enjoy the woods. You will find this

home to be a beautiful rental at a reasonable price.

To enjoy the beautiful Mountain View, there are two very large decks.

One is located just off the kitchen and the other is through the

double doors in the front of the home, where the hot tub is located. This is a unique opportunity to

experience the Laurel Mountains within the privacy of you own mountain

rental property.

There is plenty of space for sleeping arrangements. The master

bedroom, located on the main floor is located just off the Kitchen,

has a large queen pillow top bed. This bedroom also has a closet, night stand,

staircase. Each bedroom is private and contain a double

bed, night stand, and dresser. One has a television and DVD player. Two bedrooms are located in the finished

basement. One of the rooms has a queen bed, double dresser, mirror, and

closet. The other bedroom has a King bed, heat of drawers, 2 night stands, mirror, and television with DVD player.

There are 2 other seating areas located throughout the cabin. One is the

office/desk area located in the hallway upstairs. Here you can

read, catch up on work, or just enjoy the view from the four windows

that overlook the mountain. Another is located Downstairs just

at the bottom of the steps from the living room. Here you will find a electric fireplace, Dart board and a full size futon that can

also serve as additional sleeping accommodations.

The great room has plenty of space and natural light for guests.

There are cathedral oak ceilings, wood floors, a large stone fire

place (of which the wood is free), and a huge table/ bar for guests to

dine. This table which seats up to eight people is in natural form,

so it looks like a tree and still has the bark on! Also located in the

great room is a big screen TV with a large dvd library.

The kitchen has all the utensils for cooking which include pots-n-pans, full place settings,

and toaster and slow drip coffee maker. The

appliances that include a electric stove top, oven, microwave and refrigerator.

There are 1 ½ bathrooms. The primary bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink mirror, and toilet. We have a large hot water tank which has unlimited hot water. The secondary bathroom is a toilet, sink, and mirror.

The gravel driveway is in a slight grade and it raps around the house to accommodate cars. There is a parking pad at the bottom of the driveway for the harsh winter months.

The best part of all!!! A 7 person hot Tub!!!!

The primary bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink mirror, and toilet. We have a large hot water tank which has unlimited hot water. The secondary bathroom is a toilet, sink, and mirror.
