The "Ocean Overlook" is a 3 level 2,895 sq ft *4 bdrm (bed in loft)/4 bath Ocean View home w/Wi-FI, HD Digital Expanded Cable, w/4 large TV's, 2 full kitchens, 2 living rooms, gas fireplace, w/4 decks, large covered hot tub, slate pool table, two 7' air hockey tables, two foosball tables (in 740 sq ft garage), custom built 12' play structure w/tube slide, large outside gas fireplace just blocks from casino & beach.

Awesome location 3 level home with Ocean Views, this 4 bedroom *(1 bed in loft), 4 bath, 4 deck home with 2 living quarters, large outside gas fireplace, & hot tub is an entertainers delight. Just at the entrance of Roads End, this home is just a few minutes walk to the Casino & just blocks from the beach. HD TV's include 50"4K, 42", 39", & 32" with HD digital expanded cable receivers, sound bar home theater system w/Blue Ray DVD player w/Wi-fi built in for Netflix & Pandora, Xbox w/35+ games, slate pool table, 2 foosball tables, 2 air hocky tables, & much more. Sleeps 13 guests on beds, but up to 20 w/temporary beds: 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, 2 sets of bunk beds (1 w/full bed), 3 queen sleeper couches, 2 single mattresses, 2 full size cribs, & 1 rollaway crib (20 guests, only 13 guests starting in 2018).

If Steve (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
