Our cheery and bright condominium is a refuge in center of the Scottsdale and offers convenient access to all modern amenities and major attractions such as golf, shopping, hiking, dining and lot more. You will surely love it !!

Corner unit offers great furnishings and is located on the second floor facing north, it offers lovely sun shines in morning and romantic evenings with out getting heat during day from hot desert sun.

Beautiful Aventura is a family oriented condominium complex, east of 101 on Shea & 96th. Being north of Old Town, its really in center of the Scottsdale. Scottsdale Health care hospital complex is located just across Shea Blvd. Numerous retail shops are a few few blocks away such as Home Depot, Fry's, Barnes & Noble, Sprouts Organic Grocer and lot more. Should you wish to dine out, there are plenty of family and other options nearby from bars to Italian, Chinese, steak houses and casino buffets. Shopping Malls like Fashion Square, Biltmore, Kierland Commons and Paradise Valley are a short drive away.

Our unit offers two furnished bedrooms, both with queen size beds. There is also a full sized sofa bed in the living area; it has European styled wooden slat frame which offers great comfort. Master bedroom offers full en-suite, sliding patio door and Serta Perfect Sleeper St. Croix Visco mattress. Guest bedroom has a tempur-pedic style memory foam mattress and use of the full master bath.

Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking with Corian Counters and double sink, modern stainless appliances including stainless steel refrigerator along with bottom pull-out freezer, oven, microwave, garburator and LED under-cabinet lighting. The living room has a 42" LED 3-D TV with Netflix and Blu-Ray player. Master bedroom has a 32" LED TV.

Getting around

A rental car is best way to see the Valley of the Sun. You can obtain one at the airport, or Uber/Lyft to our location and obtain one at Fry's Marketplace which is about 1/4 mile from our condo.

As our unit is on the second floor with open, outdoor stairways, it is not recommended for babies or toddlers. The HOA rules do not permit noisy parties or gatherings. As per HOA R&Rs, minimum stay is 3 months.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Steve (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
