Home Away Villa is a newly constructed, 5 Bedroom / 4 Bath home with accommodations for up to 10-12 people.

This is an ideal vacation home for a large family or for two families to share. With over 2250 sq' of living space, all on the same level, the home features two master bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom with direct access to the pool / spa area. One master bedroom has a luxurious soaking tub to help unwind after a long day as well as a large, stand-up shower and double vanity. Showers and tubs are available in each of the four bathrooms. There are two Master King bedrooms and two Queen bedrooms. The fifth bedroom is a twin bedroom, suitable for girls or boys use and could be used to accommodate adults as well. We have also included a sleeper sofa with a Queen size bed and memory foam and gel mattress for additional sleeping options. The home is centrally air-conditioned and has always been pet and smoke free. For your comfort, we have provided ceiling fans in every bedroom and in the living room.

The living room features three comfortable sofas. There is also a reading nook with an occasional chair and table. Sit back and enjoy a television program on the 42" flat screen TV and Spectrum cable or gather the family for a movie on the BluRay / DVD player. You can also listen to music on the stereo with CD player or the iPod docking station. For the families that enjoy video games, we have provided a Wii console for your use. Step out of the living room into the pool / spa area. There is a covered lanai with a table and 8 chairs for outside dining or snacks. Or you can soak up some sun on one of the poolside chaise lounge chairs. Adults and kids alike will love the pool and spa of our villa. Jump in the pool and cool off after a long, hot day or relax with a cold drink while soaking in the therapeutic spa.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could need to prepare full meals for the family. All of the appliances are modern and brand new. The breakfast nook has a high table with seating for 4. There is also a counter eating area for a quick bite to eat. If you like a more formal dining experience, there is a separate dining area for the whole family. For the family that likes to BBQ, we can provide one for your use. If cooking on vacation is not your thing, don't worry; there are many dining options just minutes from the house.

Both master bedrooms feature 37" flat screen televisions with DVD players, and Spectrum cable boxes. The 2 Queen rooms have Roku devices and Queen size beds. The Twin bedrooms also have in-room, flat screen, cable televisions with Roku device and DVD player.

The home features a well-equipped game room. Spend some time playing foosball, or make use of the air hockey table. There is also a poker / card table in the game room. We offer free, in-home Wifi and unlimited calling throughout North America.

For the Golfers out there, the world-class Champions Gate Golf Course is less than 10 minutes away, featuring two courses designed by Greg Norman. And, with at least 10 more courses in the area, you could play a different one each day of your vacation. We offer clubs for use for free, just notify us and we will be glad to leave them out for you.

Our Villa also has a laundry room with a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board. We have also included hair dryers and alarm clock radios for your convenience. In the case that you are traveling with a small child, we have provided for your use, a crib with bedding, a pack and play, a high chair and a single and double stroller. 6 Bicycles have been provided for guest use.

There are 2 fishing poles and tackle free for your use at the nearby stocked lake. Just notify us and we will be glad to leave them out for you.

The clubhouse features a heated, zero-entry pool and hot tub with sun deck, chaise loungers and cabanas. It also has a gym, playground, sand volleyball court, putting green and basketball hoops that are all available at no charge for guest use.

Your payment includes the use of all amenities of the home between your reserved dates. The rental cost also includes the use of the clubhouse and all of its amenities within the normal operating hours (currently 9am – 9pm) of the same. This includes the clubhouse heated pool and hot tub and exercise center. There is a guard at the gate to enter the Aviana Resort Community. Upon entry, you will proceed directly to the house with no need to check-in with anybody. You will be provided a door lock code to enter the house. Should you encounter any issues during your stay, our Management Company is available 24hrs a day for response. You will also have the homeowners cell phone number if you prefer direct contact.

Response from the owner Danielle, Sorry for the issues you encountered. They will be addressed promptly. Unfortunately,guests do break things and not tell us. I can say with all honesty, these items were not broken during our last visit to the house in June. The pool company does come once a week to clean the pool so I am not sure what the issue was but I will forward your comments to my Management Comapny. Sorry again and thanks for staying with us.
