Description

Whether you are looking for a quiet getaway or the lively action of Wilmington's downtown scene, you will find our condominium to be the ideal location. Conveniently located in downtown Wilmington within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and the River Walk, yet in a quiet residential building.

We are located on the Cape Fear River and have fabulous water views from our balcony, a great place to sit with your morning coffee or watch the evening sunset. The condo is furnished with a queen sized bed, fully appointed kitchen, stackable washer and dryer, flat screen TV and DVD player. Linens are provided.

This is our home away from home and we think it is the ideal spot from which to enjoy historic Wilmington. There are loads of great restaurants all within walking distance. Boat tours, carriage tour, walking tours, and historic home tours are all just steps away.

There is a free trolly that stops right across the street that will take you from one end of downtown to the other. The River Walk is right across the street. Catch a boat tour, take a stroll or sit and have dinner at one of the riverfront restaurants. Downtown Wilmington also offers live theatre as well as live music.

This was a great place to stay if you're in Wilmington. It has the best views of the Battleship across the bay, and it is directly downtown within walking distance to everything!
