Response from the owner We regret that the guest was not able to appreciate his stay in our home. In the annonce, posted in webpage used to reserve Villa Lantana, appear the following information about the location of the house: "...From the coast to the house is about 6 km, 4 km of Which are over an unsecured steep path. The view is worth it!" When we knew his disconfort about the road, we gave to the guest an alternative solution of the same value (a 2 rooms appartment on the coast, usually moreexpensive) at no additional cost, which was not accepted. The contract, signed by each guest prior to his arrival, says that there is not compensation in case the guest abandon the house once began the lease. Although not required by the contract,as a sign of good will, we gave to the guest the sum of € 100. We are renting successfully villa Lantana for vacations since 5 years. In fact, the 30% of our guests comes back to spend the holidays in our house.
