Description

Charming golf cottage located on the 9th tee box of renowned Great Waters course at Reynolds Plantation. This private 3-BR home sleeps 8 and is perfect for family holidays, couples getaways or golf boondoggles. One of the best features of this property is the private screened rear porch - perfect for morning coffee, grilling steaks and fish on the gas grill, and for outdoor dining while telling lies about your golf game.

Reynolds Plantation is convenient to Augusta, Georgia and a great way to spend the Masters Week - watching golf live or on our flat-screen HD TV, and playing your own private tournament at our golf courses.

The main floor master suite features a newly remodeled master bath in granite and porcelain tile. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed with windows overlooking the screened porch and fairway. The two upstairs bedrooms each have two beds (one has 2 full-size and the other 2 twin beds) and share a hall bathroom. The third bathroom is a half-bath on the main floor to serve the Great Room, Dining Room and Kitchen.

Golf privileges include five of the renowned Reynolds Plantation courses: Oconee, Landings, Great Waters, Plantation and National courses with 10-day advance tee times available. Greens fees and carts are not included in rental price.

Just two blocks away is a community pool and tennis court available for guest use. One block further is the private docks where you can tie your rented boat daily and overnight. Boat rentals are not included in cottage rental price, but are locally available.

Local dining options include the Ritz Carlton (about 15-minutes drive) as well as many local pizza, fish, Mexican and Italian restaurants. The Publix supermarket is a short drive away.

The cottage comes supplied with a full working kitchen, luxury bath and bed linens. Washer and dryer are conveniently located on the main floor. Private parking is provided for two vehicles and gated community access provides privacy and security.

How do damage deposits work?
