Villa Maria is a delightful apartment in a bifamiliar House located on the ground floor surrounded by extraordinary vegetation intensely green between great cascades of flowers and plants intimately fused in the Maquis. The particular location makes this place unique, from the Windows and terraces you can enjoy an enchanting show that embraces the monte Giove with his temple, the island of Ventotene, Ischia and Capri to see the Gulf of Naples and Vesuvius on clear days. the apartment consists of a bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a closet and a large living room with kitchenette, fireplace and a comfortable sitting area in front of a large picture window with stunning views. outside there are large terraces decorated with big umbrellas, deck chairs, garden furniture and barbeque. Are also included in the price, in the period from 1 June to 15 September, beach service (umbrella, Deckchair deckchairs and private parking) at our bathing establishment Lido ' Chalet ' on the beautiful beach of RIO CLARO, about 8 miles. from villa Maria. House rules

I want to bring to the attention of my guests that Villa Maria is a really lovely place, but to this wonder of nature, it is necessary to use a car as although the area is inhabited by several families, food stores, bars, restaurants, are located about 2 km. from the house. I will also warn you that the last stretch of about 100 meters is a little narrow and steep so you have to pay a little extra attention
