Description
Villa Garda Is a Victorian Villa set in an acre of grounds in the tranquil surroundings of Chelston Torquay. This self catering apartment comprises a double bedroom, shower room and kitchen/diner/lounge set out in an open plan style. Linen and towels provided, hot water included and electric metre that will require the guests to top up. It is minutes walk to the seafront and beach and a 15 minute picturesque stroll into Torquay town centre along said seafront. Villa Garda is family owned and run and you can expect a warm welcome when you arrive, if travelling by train then pickup can be arranged at no extra cost. There are village shops and a post office around the corner in the next road and the property is within easy reach of shops, supermarkets restaurants and pubs. The seaside town of Paignton is 3 miles away and the fishing town of Brixham is 8 miles. There is lots to see and do and Villa Garda provides the perfect base for exploring the surrounding areas.
Check in is after 2pm on the day of arrival and check out is at 10 am on the day of departure. Keys can be collected and handed back from the owners on site at reception.

“Wonderful apartment, nice hosts,”
Great apartment with all amenities, ample parking, situated in a quiet street, close to the seafront. Very nice hosts. We enjoyed the wonderful welcome basket. All in all we had a very nice stay.

“Quiet location in a stunning Victorian House”
Lovely setting for a quiet and peaceful location but within easy walking of all amenities. Well equipped and clean (could just do with the instructions for the cooker though). Even get towels and all linen included. We will definitely be back.

“Wonderful”
