Situés a proximité du centre de Porto-Vecchio (6 km) et de ces plages paradisiaques, nous vous proposons la location d'un F3 au rez-de-chaussée d'une villa, au calme, dans un environnement paisible et chaleureux sur 3000 M2 de terrain clos.

Vous pourrez profiter d'un grand jardin arboré avec parties privatives et d'autres parties communes. Terrain de badminton, jeu de pétanque, ping-pong, petit coin détente avec hamac et promenades dans les bois alentours.

L'hébergement est idéal pour une famille de 5 personnes ou pour 2 couples. Dans chaque chambre, salle d'eau et WC privé, une chambre avec un lit en 140 et une autre avec 2 lits en 80 (jumelage pour faire un lit en 160) et un lit mezzanine en 90. Internet WiFi gratuit. Climatisation en option (20 €/semaine). L'hébergement est confortablement équipé, salon avec télévision LCD réception TNT par satellite, canapé, table basse. Vous disposez d'une cuisine américaine équipée avec un lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur/congélateur, micro-ondes, plaques 4 feux, hotte, four... La terrasse est couverte avec vue sur le jardin et de gros rochers de granit surplombés d'oliviers, barbecue, chaises longues. Dans un local commun, laves-linge, aspirateurs, produits d'entretien, fer et table à repasser... Nous fournissons lit bébé et chaise haute mixer et baignoire bébé gratuitement. Possibilité de location de draps (15 €/lit) et serviettes (5 €/personne).

Options payantes à régler sur place : Location de draps 15€/lit, de serviettes de toilette 5 €/personne, climatisation 20 €/semaine, ménage de fin de séjour 50 €.

Compris dans le tarif : Internet Wifi dans le gîte, nappe, torchons, tapis de bain, chauffage, parking. Pour les plus petits : lit bébé + matelas, baignoire, mixeur, chaise haute.
