Description

Tinos Habitart is located close to the traditional village of Triandaros on the beautiful Island of Tinos.

The Red house is a maisonette (105.40 sq m) with elegant island style and artistic design. The villa can host 8 guests and has panoramic sea view and a large private swimming pool. This Tinian residence has four double bedrooms (three master). There are five bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen/dinning area and a living-room with an artistic fireplace and sofa/bed. The villa has independent verandas with view of the sea and the windmills. In the private half covered veranda there is a stone BBQ and a stone-made sitting area with sea view. There is also an open air yard with table for breakfast facing the pool. The residents can use the private swimming pool (utilizing salt electrolysis) of the Red House that has hydro-massage installations.

The Red House offers a unique Greek island style vacation experience while provides all the modern comforts. Marble/ stone artwork and antique furnishing decorate the indoor and outdoor spaces of this villa that reflects the island's long artistic heritage. Moreover, all the edifices of Tinos Habitart are constructed with respect to the natural environment and to the traditional Tinian architecture and match perfectly with the Cycladic landscape.

The settlement of Tinos Habitart includes vacation villas for rent and a group of neighbouring traditional buildings (a windmill, a dovecote, a renovated traditional stable and an olive mill) where are hosted cultural events and activities.Its location offers a stunning view of the Aegean Sea and the neighbouring islands of Mykonos and Syros, the surrounding old windmills and the City of Tinos.

Nearest beaches to our rental villas are situated within a 6 km distance: Agios Sostis, Lichnaftia, Agios Ioannis, Porto and Livada.
