Description

The first thing you notice with this apartment is the View: Table Mountain, Robben Island - all from the sunny balcony. The apartment is one of the only truly beach front complexes in Blouberg.15 minutes to Cape Town and the waterfront, and the same distance the other way to numerous wine farms.

The apartment is at the very highest end of the market, furnished to 5 star standards, with secure underground parking and every mod-con you will need to make your stay in Blouberg an exciting and memorable one.You can enjoy your sundowners from the balcony which overlooks the golden sands of Blouberg Beach with views of Table Mountain and Robben Island.

THE VIEWS REALLY ARE BREATHTAKING.Flights from the UK generally arrive early in the morning. If there is no booking staying overnight on the day of your arrival, the apartment will be made available for your use as soon as you arrive.

Blouberg is the ideal place to base yourself for a trip to Cape Town - Ideally located between the CBD/Camps Bay and the beautiful winelands area.This laid back beach area is ideal for wind surfing, kite surfing, running, cycling and many other outdoor activities (including wine tasting!). There are many restaurants, cafes, shops etc all within 1-2 mins walk of the apartment, and the newly opening Eden on the Bay area (with its cafes and restaurants) is a stroll along the beach.

My wife and I had a lovely weekend away at Portico. The apartment is well decorated, great location and has amazing views of Table Mountain. We cooked dinner one night, and ate out the second night (lots of nice restaurants nearby). Overall a great break and will stay again.

Really nice apartment, in a perfect location. Myciti Bus station marine circle in 2 minutes walk, restaurants and fast food if you don't want to go far away for dinner, Carlucci bar with a free wifi downstair. Great view from the balcony (sunny in the afternoon) The only bad things: if the wind is in your direction, you can smell the KFC production!!

I booked 2 nights for a last minute getaway. The service from Robin was very quick, friendly and efficient. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated and the views were exactly as described. We didn't use the car once, as there were lots of restaurants and things to do nearby. A great getaway!
