Description

Owls Hoot formed part of the milking parlour when the farm was operational. This two bedroom conversion will comfortably sleep 4.

With two doors leading out onto a pretty courtyard, where guests can relax on the patio and use the BBQ, Owls Hoot has a lovely feeling of bright open space.

There is a large and spacious open plan kitchen, living and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen is accessed down a step from the living area and contains a range of high quality units, electric cooker, induction hob, fridge & dishwasher. There is also a dining table with seating for 4 and leather sofa and chairs for you to relax in and enjoy the view of the pretty courtyard.

The furnished master bedroom benefits from a king size bed with pocket sprung mattress and the furnished second bedroom contains two 3ft single beds.

There is a family bathroom with bath/shower.

Each cottage benefits from underfloor heating, flat screen TV’s, bluetooth sound system, and free WIFI. You will also find a guide book in your cottage with helpful information for your stay and recommendations for things to see and do in the area. The site has a large laundry room where washing facilities are available.

Well behaved pets are welcome. A small pet service fee of £20 per pet is requested, with a maximum of 2. Please read our terms and conditions regarding pets.

Ideally a car would be useful to get around however there are taxi, bus and train services nearby, the nearest train stations being Northampton and Milton Keynes.

The cottages are self catering and you will be provided with access codes for the main gate and to the key safe to gain entry to your cottage. Although there is not a reception on site we provide you with contact details, should you require any support during your stay.

“Lovely stay in Owl Hoot”

The location was quiet, beautiful and perfect for our weekend at Silverstone. Lively park for the kids to play in. Cottage was spacious and clean. We will definitely be booking again on our next visit to Silverstone.

Stayed in Tove Valley Cottages for one moth whilst waiting to move to our new house. Everything was of the highest quality and the staff were all very helpful. Very accommodating to our two dogs too!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
