Experience the relaxed lifestyle of the Florida Keys. 2 Bedrooms + Loft (The loft is the 3rd bedroom or general purpose room with 2 single beds and a Large Flat Screen TV. The staircase for it is more of a ladder then formal staircase. Kids and young adults love it. The loft is not for older people or large or tall people.), 2 Baths, Sleeps up to 8 comfortably. There are 2 large bedrooms on the 3rd floor, each with queen size beds. Newly remodeled, decorated & painted, with marble and granite everywhere! Activities; Sip wine while watching our beautiful sunsets, read a book, enjoy our heated pools. Dive Molasses Reef, Spiegel Grove, and many others. The world\'s largest underwater national park in the country. Private parking, boat dockage available, GATED COMMUNITY. Smoking permitted outside only. Plenty of free parking. You will have free use of my Kayaks, Paddle Boards, Bikes, Tennis Rackets, Snorkeling equipment, and Fishing gear.

Kawama is a lovely place for family holidays, special events, weddings, birthdays and to explore the Unique beauty we have here. This oceanfront resort condo beautifully renovated and upgraded . It overlooks the marina and Atlantic Ocean. It\'s what your expecting when you come to the Keys. Watch the Tarpon, Bonefish, Snapper, Parrot Fish, Lobster, Rays. The bathrooms include new modern elegant vanities, with granite tops. The ocean front condominium complex is nestled inside the Kawama Yacht Club , wonderful resort which is located with southern border - John Penne Kamp Corals Reef State Parks . Yes ,the unit is completely PET friendly .

Getting around

Most people use a car to get around Key Largo. I provide bikes free for you to use while you are here. There are over 40 miles of bike paths in Key Largo. I provide you with a Golf Cart at no charge to get around the 24 acre complex.

Interaction with guest

I, or my assistant, will meet you at the property, let you in, give you the keys, answer questions and give you a tour of the complex. I am usually on site and I am available to answer questions, fix or repair things here during your stay.

Common sense is the main rule:
1) Do not bring the BBQ grill inside to cook.
2) Only licensed drivers may drive the golf cart.
3) Do not play music sol loud that it annoys the neighbors, especially late at night.
4) Take your trash to the dumpsters when you leave.
5) Have fun using the toys (kayaks, Paddle Boards, Fishing gear, bikes etc...) but do not damage them and return them when you are finished using them.

Response from the owner Thanks, it was great having you here. Yes, we are close enough to the main road (1 mile) to get anything you need (Walgreens, CVS, K-Mart, Publix Supermarket). But, we are just far enough away and surrounded by the John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, so that we do not hear the noise from the road. I look forward to seeing you back here soon, Norman
