Tastefully and beautifully furnished with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a stay at the BelloMar Resort is the perfect getaway to gently ease away the stresses of daily life!

Located in the quaint fishing village of Fortuna on Luquillo Beach, you'll see sandy beaches for miles in either direction , with an average year-round temperature of 82° F ensures warm water for year-around enjoyment!

Conveniently located, BelloMar is a quick 45 minutes from Luis Munoz Marin International Airport, 15 minutes from El Yunque National Rain Forest and 15 minutes from El Conquistador Resort and Casino. Area attractions include golf, snorkeling, shoppng, sampling local dishes at Luquillo Beach kiosks, etc.

Getting around

The most convenient way to get around is by vehicle, Luquillo is a quick 5min drive away, and a drugstore and supermarket is approx. and additional 2-3min. You can walk to the beach making a right upon exiting the property and cutting through the basketball court. There is an alternate beach access, approximately 2-3 minutes away from the basketball court (walking past the court) , there is also a view of the Mameyes River on your right as you approach the beach. The ferry to Culebra or Vieques is located in the town of Ceiba, 16min away and (16 miles) from the Luquillo area.

Interaction with guest

We would appreciate if you would send us your flight arrival info, car rental location, and cell no. We usually meet our guests at the airport car rental location, then have them follow me to the property where I then will show you around and explain some minor details, e.g. gate remote, water heater, keys, etc We can also meet you at the condo if that would be more convenient for you.

Response from the owner Thank you for your review! I’m glad we were able to accommodate your request. As for the beachfront situation, yes that is the actual view right now, but it is not permanent, due to our proximity to the Atlantic Ocean. The beachfront view fluctuates depending on the winds, and that in turn affects the strength of the waves and amount of sand on the shoreline.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Jesus (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
