No roads to cross. No stairs to go down. Swimming is great!.

Enjoy full water views from our south facing 2,000 square foot Cape Cod - Colonial style 2 level home. 1st and 2nd floors, No basement.

The "Main House" at the Sea Shells' cottages is a big beach house in Wellfleet, Cape Cod. Enjoy the gentle waves. No rip tides to worry about. Great for kids.

The "Sea Shells" is an 'Olde Cape Cod' cottage colony of small summer cottages + the year-round Main House.

Our Sea Shells' cottages sandy beach is 300+ feet wide and shared by just 10 owners.

Explore the adjacent Cape Cod National Seashore and Great Island by kayak, sail boat, wind sail, or by foot. Protected, undeveloped beach

as far as the eye can see.

Low tide - Collect sea shells, observe the interesting creatures that live on the sea bottom. Great for kids to explore, for adults to relax.

High tide - Time for swimming, sailing, kayaking.

Lots of windows, sliders, & decks. Full kitchen with full-sized appliances and ample counter space for 2 cooks to make home cooked meals.

Our family vacation home comfortably accommodates a large family, groups of singles, an extended family, or 2 families with privacy. NOT a cramped cottage with back to back bedrooms.

Wellfleet is the BEST place for kids on Cape Cod.

Explore Cape Cod National Seashore, listen to the seagulls and piping plovers, walk to secluded Great Island at low tide, walk the dunes, or kayak there. 5 kayaks included. Take in the beauty and serenity. For dinner - order and pick up lobsters, fried clams, and world famous Wellfleet oysters. Watch the moonlight on the water, listen to the waves, breath in the salty air... AHHH...sleep will be restful.

Main is the summer vacation home for my extended family and maybe for you and your loved ones. How do damage deposits work?
