Description

This Condo come with a large bedroom with a king size bed. Has 2 single built-in bunk beds in the hallway, queen size sleeper sofa 's fully equipped kitchen, 1 1/2 baths, has approx. 960 square feet,located at the more desirable east end of building. Comes fully furnished with a large balcony with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. Kitchen includes: dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, washer and dryer, microwave, blender, dishes, cooking ware and all utensils, toaster, can opener and garbage disposal.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Bradley (the owner) a message.

If Bradley (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
