The villa is furnished and tastefully decorated. Fully equipped with everything you can ever need to have a relaxing vacation.

Spacious master bedroom with a king sized bed which provides you with the rest you need during your vacation. The master bathroom has a TV and a dream ensuite bath with a Roman shower, dual sinks, tub, enclosed toilet area and direct access to glass sliding doors that lead to a screened lanai which provides a bug-free environment.

The new swimming pool has gorgeous plants to give you lots of privacy and relaxation time with the crystal clear pool and three soothing waterfalls. The lanai is furnished with a patio set that seats six and reclining chairs that are perfect for outdoor dining and entertaining.

The tastefully decorated and furnished second bedroom has a queen sized bed with a large walk-in-closet. There is also a third specious bedroom with a queen sized bed, all that providing you a lot of relaxing sleep time for up to six people. You can enjoy your stay being in touch with your family and friends by sitting in four room and relax on euro laguna sofa -bed.

Both guest bedrooms have their own walk-in closets.

The separate guest bathroom is complete with a sink, a toilet, and a combination tub with shower.

The house also offers an eat-in kitchen, separate dining room, family/TV room and living-room with sliding doors to the lanai and weekly maintained,electrically heated swimming pool.

Surrounding pool is the extended to the lanai and pool deck which gives you a larger area to make the most of the luxury outdoor time. Furniture, tables and chairs are included.

The attached double car garage offers plenty of room for your vehicle.

No pets are allowed in the villa.

How do damage deposits work?
