“Decent cottage in a good location.”

Good location for touring the Scottish Borders and Midlothian. The cottage is on a farm about 1 mile outside Peebles. Good covered parking and easy access to the farm and cottage. Most of the contents… More

Response from the manager Apologies for not replying to your comments sooner & thank you for taking time to point out the things you found wrong…. There are touch lighting underneath the mirror in the bathroom which perhaps you didn’t find or notice, this gives ample lighting in the bathroom as well as the spot lights in the ceiling. We no longer have the coin meters but £1 a day for electric isn’t to bad on a 2 bed cottage. The electricity runs as the same as a normal household. But as I’ve said we no longer have the coin meter but obviously we have had to alter our prices to cover this cost. Our TV,s are generally good but possible different to what you are used to so maybe just take a little of getting used to the different set up. Hope this has cleared up a few issues. And as we always say to our guests on arrival we are here to help with any questions or problem…all you need to do is knock on our door and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
