Make sure to bring your family and friends as this fabulous town home (two queens, 1 double, 2 singles and a roll-away for the castaway). This exquisite getaway townhouse features a two-car garage, full kitchen, washer/dryer, two outdoor decks with grill and a a large screened porch for al fresco dining or quiet time in the breeze of the beautiful, tropical canopy. If you need a break from the sun, enjoy the library of books, games, internet access, and DVDs. But please don't skip walking out to see the famous Gulf Coast sunset. North Beach Village is within walking distance of Anna Maria's finest shops and restaurants. So grab your swimsuits, sand toys, and towels and come and enjoy a little slice of heaven for a week, two or even a month! NO SMOKING. SPECIAL RATES AVAILABLE FOR MONTHLY RENTALS! ALL HOLIDAYS (Easter, July 4, Christmas, New Years) ARE AT SEASONAL TOP RATE + 10%.

“Holmes Beach Condo”
Very nice condo, close to beach, quiet area. Furnishings very well maintained. Great that there were items to take to beach. Great if you are flying into the area and can't bring a lot of stuff.
