Modern studio apartment situated in undoubtedly the best location in Tenerife, known as the Golden Mile, adjacent to Las Vistas beach. Seperate bedroom area with comfortable double bed & 32" smart TV, lounge with large chaise corner sofa incorperating double bed. Bathroom with shower & washing machine. Modern kitchen with large fridge freezer, microwave, oven & hob and pod coffee machine. Balcony with sun all day. Large 55" flat screen smart TV in lounge with all English channels, Netflix (own account required) & catchup TV. There are 2 large pools (one heated) and a children's pool. There are plenty of sun beds available and the pool area offers both sunny and shady areas. Lots of shops including designer names, perfume & tobacco outlets all within strolling distance. Numerous bars, live entertainment and restaurants for all tastes and pockets are within the area and the complex has a good selection of restaurants on site including English, Mediterranean, Indian & Italian. Very pretty and tranquil complex within a busy resort. The apartment is situated facing the main beach walkway which is also filled with lovely restaurants, beach bars and street sellers and is ideal for those who like to sit out and people watch.

There are ceiling fans in both the lounge and bedroom and there is also metered air conditioning.

Complimentary WIFI, a Safe, an Iron and a Hairdryer are provided.

How do damage deposits work?

If Debbie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
