Fantastica villa indipendente situata tra Marzamemi e San Lorenzo, contrada bove marino, la villa è suddivisa in una camera padronale con letto matrimoniale comodini e ventilatore a tetto molto fresca, cameretta con letto a castello e letto singolo cassettiera e ventilatore a tetto,anch'essa molto fresca e confortevole, cucina con elettrodomestici entrambi nuovi, divanoletto matrimoniale situato in cucina molto confortevole e provvisto di sponde per bambini, lavabiancheria ovviamente nuova e di CLIMATIZZATORE CON CONTASCATTI 0,50 centesimi a scatto, barbecue , ventilatore a colonna, veranda con sedie poltrona e tavolo in vimini, veranda 2 con 20 sedie in plastica per pranzi o cene al chiaro di luna o riparati dal sole ma rinfrescati da una brezza che non da assolutamente fastidio, la villa è molto ben riparata da sguardi indiscreti, e a 70 metri dal mare, provvista di lido o spiaggia libera con bagnino e bagni chimici. Ricordo che la villa e a pochi metri dallo svincolo che vi porterà a raggiungere mete come:PORTOPALO (7 MIN) Isola delle Correnti, Isola di Capo passero,spiagge “ Carratois” NOTO (15 min) famosa per il suo barocco e la sua cattedrale,VENDICARI (10 min) Riserva conosciuta in tutto il mondo,AVOLA (20 min) vino nero d'Avola, SIRACUSA (25 min) Ortigia, CATANIA ( 40 min) aeroporto internazionale FONTANAROSSA, TAORMINA ( 60 min ) meta di STAR e celebrità, starei a citarne altre ma penso che avreste bisogno già di un mese solo per godervi queste, il mare più bello rimane sempre il nostro, OFFRIAMO servizi di PESCA ED ESCURSIONI IN BARCA max 5 persone(prezzo da stabilire), cosi da toccare da vicino i nostri fantastici posti e magari portarvi un ricordo fotografico niente male.. contattatemi per qualsiasi info.
