Do you wish you could watch UK tv whilst on holiday?

Now it is possible with 63 UK television stations to choose from on a 40" Samsung SMART TV. Stations include BBC, ITV, RTE, E4, Sky Sports, ESPN, Setanta, Sky Movies, Discovery, News & Children's channels.

In addition there is full internet access, WIFI and DVD player. As the Apartment Complex is close to the Commercial Centre sound reduction doors have been installed in main bedroom.

Las Fresas is situated close to the main shopping centre in Puerto Rico. The village itself is built into the mountains and along the coast with two golden beaches. It has something to offer to everyone, whether you're searching for peace and tranquillity, somewhere young & lively or a nice place to go with the children. Renovated and completely modernised two storey house located in a private complex. It is only 2 minutes from the main shopping centre which includes some of the resorts lively bars, restaurants and other facilities. The apartment is huge and attractive. The bedrooms are on the first floor with a large lounge downstairs and there is a garden patio area. For peace of mind there is also a safe for all those vaulable items as well as security cameras on the entry doors.

The property suits the requirements of today's holiday makers. It has two double bedrooms and the main bathroom upstairs, with the open plan lounge, integrated kitchen and small bathroom downstairs. Security - the Apartment is secured by numerous internal locks in addition to the integral door & window locks. Furthermore there is a safe for all those vaulable items.

Outside is a terrace area where you can relax whilst looking over the main Commercial Centre. The sun shines brightly on the terrace from late morning through to the early evening - a nice way to relax after being to the beach or communal pool.

This is an amazing town house which is very well equipped. It’s in a great location as it’s near to everything. The owners were very easy to communicate with. It does get noisy at night but nothing that a set of earplugs didn’t sort out.

“Excellent”

Communication with the owners was very good nothing was too much trouble. Would book again. Location of the apartment was spot on close to everything. Complex was well maintained and other residents friendly. Pool area was cleaned regularly. The apartment was ideal with everything that was needed. It was clean and well maintained. Beds where comfy. The area is gorgeous. We hired a car and visited various parts of the island. Loved Peurto de Mogan. Very lucky with the weather for December it was just right. Dont hesitate to book this apartment it has everything you need in a great location.

“Spotless and very good value having everything needed for a self catering holiday.”

A lovely two weeks spent in this well equipped home from home townhouse. It is near enough to ' pop ' down to the centre, with lots of bars, restaurants and shops hence no need for taxi,s, yet quiet & peaceful while sitting outside the property. Excellent range of TV channels also free wifi and safe and plenty of bed linen and towels. Unfortunately, the pool was being refurbished during our stay, which we were made aware of from Lynsey before we went, but that would have made it even better, hence only four stars. A thoroughly enjoyable stay. Thanks Lynsey.
