Description

Immaculate four bedrooms, three full baths sleeps 8-10. Full gym, pool and jacuzzi nestled away in prestigious Red Cedar Ridge. Large deck with BBQ. Fully equipped kitchen. Wi-fi internet and premium channels cable tv. Pool table, basketball and children play ground for entertainment. Five min drive to bay beach, fifteen min to ocean beach and twenty min Southampton and west hampton village. 20 min to Tanger outlets mall for shopping. Vineyards are 30 -40 min drive depending on which location. Hampton bays is a year round town easily access from manhattan by Long Island Railroad, Hampton Jitney, or car. Local wineries are open year round for wine tasting tours. Recommend having a car to get around. Outside security cameras around the perimeter of the house.

How do damage deposits work?
