Vacation in style and comfort in our 3-bedroom beach cottage at North Beach Plantation in North Myrtle Beach. Our home is modern, updated and professionally-decorated. There are 5 TV's, 3 bedrooms with comfortable new mattresses, all new bedding, and new furniture. The master suite has a king-sized Tempur-Pedic bed, 42" LED TV, silk blackout drapes over plantation shutters, walk-in closet with organizers and a safe, and a large master bath with tile shower, TV (yes, in the bathroom!), and oversized double granite vanity. The queen and twin bedrooms are at the other end of the home. The queen bedroom is tastefully decorated with a seagrass headboard, silk drapes, large double closet, dresser, new LED TV, Blu-ray player and ceiling fan. The twin bedroom has a new LED TV, blu-ray player, large dresser, ceiling fan and a closet full of baby essentials including a Graco Pack N Play, baby gate, dining booster seat and changing pad. Our living room is stylishly decorated and has a comfortable queen sleeper sofa and a 52" Ultra HD 4K TV with expanded HD cable. The center of the home is a large completely private interior courtyard with grill, table with chairs and umbrella. Sit at the table under the umbrella with a cup of coffee, put your feet up and relax. Because the courtyard is in the center of the home, there's an abundance of natural light throughout the day in most of the home. The home has tile floors everywhere. If you want to cook, you will be pleased with the modern kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances (oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, washer and dryer) and well-stocked cabinets with dishes and glasses (and wine glasses) for 12. We also have a blender, 10-cup coffee maker, crockpot, stand mixer and toaster. The kitchen has a weather station (LCD screen) that transmits current weather data. Our home is single-story and has a 2-car garage. Our driveway can also fit 2 additional vehicles. Our home is equipped with door keypads and I'll provide each group with a unique code. You can bypass the front desk registration and go straight to your private home. When you arrive, the home will be freshly cleaned, the beds will be made and you'll have 12 sets of fluffy high-quality towels for your stay. You can walk to the ocean and pools in 8 minutes or take the free shuttle. We rent our home year-round and set our rates purposefully low to stay booked. Our home is part of North Beach Plantation, a 4-diamond resort. Our guests have full use of the North Beach Facility including 10 pools (3 children's pools), lazy river, hot tubs, summer Kid's Club activities, #1 rated swim-up bar/grill in the United States, private cabanas, beach access, Beach Fit gym membership, Cinzia Spa, 21 Main Sushi and Chophouse and Seaside Cafe. Our home has free password-protected Wi-Fi, cable and Netflix. If you choose our luxurious cottage for your beach vacation, you'll be comfortable and pleased with the modern conveniences. You'll find that it's clean and relaxing here. Our cottage is great for couples, families, holiday celebrations, friend getaways, retreats, golfers, and snowbirds. Although guests can walk to 20+ restaurants and 50+ shops, I still recommend a car because the nearest grocery store is about 1 mile away.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Sarah (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
