Description

Only a 1/2 mile walk to the new SHARC aquatic center! With this home, you will receive 8 unlimited swim and tennis passes. These passes are good at both the new SHARC Aquatic center as well as the North pool and tennis courts.

This home features 1900 square feet of living space with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It sleeps 8 people comfortably (10 max). The master and 2nd bedroom each have king beds. The 3rd bedroom has 3 twins and a full. There are two TV's, 2 DVD's, 1 VCR, stereo with a CD player and wireless internet. The large deck houses a barbeque and hot tub and backs to a large common area for added privacy. In addition there are 10 bicycles available.

As seen in the pictures, this home backs to a large common area for added privacy. It is not near a busy road. The new aquatic center is only a 1/2 mile from the home. Fort Rock Park is located 3 blocks along the bike path from the house. This is a wonderful benefit for families with children.

Please note that from July 1st through Labor Day there is a minimum night stay of 5 nights. However, if there is a gap between renters less than 5 nights, I would be happy to rent my home for the nights available.
