Description
Nerissa bungalow No. 5 (ground floor, independent), set in a beautifully landscaped lot of 4000 m2, consisting of 2 bedrooms, living room- kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils for a family. The apartment is detached with fully tiled bathroom and complete air conditioning.
A terrace of 24 m2 has stunning views of the green area with the different color flower and the sea and provides a romantic, private getaway perfect for pre-dinner drinks or morning coffee An outdoor private barbeque is available and the place is covered with eucalyptus trees, palm trees, oleanders and many other flowers.
Parking under the trees is available as well as kids' play ground. Baby seat and baby cot are available, if needed.
The area surrounding the apartment is tranquil, rural and picturesque, ideal for a walking holiday. The nearby sandy beach of Klimatsias is 300 meters away and you can go there by foot or by car (there is enough free parking for all cars).

You will be greeted at the apartment by the owner and he will answer any questions about the house and the island. During your stay, he will be available to assist you personally.
A generous welcome pack including bread, milk, juice, a bottle of organic wine, cold beer etc will be waiting so you do not have to rush to the store.
.Linen and towels will be provided in the midweek to be changed by the customers.

“Wonderful holiday”
In a nutshell Dimitris, Elena and Poppy offer the best apartment on the island. On arrival we were greeted with lots of fruit, Home made olive oil, dinner on two occasions, home made cake and food to last a few days. I have never been made so welcome and I can honestly say it was the best place I have ever stayed in Greece and shall be going back. The place was very clean, maintained to a high standard with comfortable beds and lots of towels. The nearby beach was a 10 minute walk and was very quiet and not over crowded at all, sandy beaches and friendly locals. The family bent over backwards to accomodate and should be proud of their hospitality. Spartia is a very quaint village and has about 6 eating establishments and two supermarkets. It's near Argostoli and the airport and if you want to see the surrounding areas you will need a car. Please go and stay and you will come back very content and also humbled by the Greek kindness especially from Dimitris and his family.

“ci è rimasta nel cuore”
Con mia moglie e unacoppia di amici abbiamo soggiornato al Nerissa apartments tra il 17 e il 24 giugno 2016. Il nostro è stato un soggiorno veramente piacevole, la casa è accogliente, con un interno molto confortevole ed un giardino spazioso, ombreggiato e dotato di varie comodità (tavolino, lettini e amaca). La posizione della casa è molto gradevole, tranquilla e ventilata, vicina ad un paio di calette carine e a due ristoranti; il paesino è a pochi minuti, Il fatto che sia un po' defilata rispetto alla via principale dell'isola è ripagato dalla assoluta tranquillità e bellezza del contesto; è comunque a soli 10 minuti dall'aeroporto e da Argostoli ed è posta in posizione strategica: essendo centrale rispetto alla conformazione dell'isola si può comodamente raggiungere ogni destinazione in giornata. L'accoglienza di Dimitris è stata la ciliegina sulla torta, ci ha fatto trovare il frigo e la credenza pieni: frutta, verdura, uova, yogurt, latte, vino, olio, ciambella fatta in casa e per finire la moglie ci ha preparato una teglia di squisito pollo con patate al forno. Nel complesso il rapporto qualità/prezzo ci è parso davvero ottimo. Per finire, Nerissa apartments ci è rimasto nel cuore come ogni altra cosa di questa isola bellissima, accogliente e assolutamente tranquilla, entrambi assolutamente e caldamente da consigliare.
