Description

This beautiful cosy property is my second home. It is a jewel in a village that shines in both the winter and summer and fall.

Since I purchased the property I had the basement refurbished, added lovely linens, sofas, pictures, kitchen equipment. Everything you need is here. Even a Kayak (at owners risk).

The property itself has a very large porch where you can sit on the comfortable porch furniture during the summer and barbeque or in the winter to just view the snowy surrounds. The land opposite is a nature reserve but beyond that are tennis courts and a newly refurbished ice rink. What more could you want from a property for the price of a room in a local hotel, where every need is catered for, even for the reader, my favourite book shop, Bear Pond Books.If you're looking for a spa with pool and beauty and relaxation treatments, we often use the Topnotch resort along the Mountain Road. They have an outdoor heated pool too with views of Mount Mansfield and fire pits lit around the pool during the evening.

Unfortunately I can't be there all the time and so to hear that renters are happy there too is a great thrill. I like to think I equip it with all a renter needs and am grateful for any suggestions of things I can provide. Its even good if it doesn't snow! Summer and Fall are fantastic times of year too and if the snow conditions are bad, Stowe has spent $10m to make sure its good. Thank you again.
