L'appartamento, situato al quarto piano con ascensore, è stato completamente ristrutturato a giugno 2015 e  si trova nel centro di Los Cristianos a 150 mt dal mare e a 200 mt dalla piazza principale ( con la chiesa) .

Con   2 minuti  di camminata , ci si trova in piano centro ,con tutti i suoi negozi di ogni tipo: bar , ristoranti, supermarket, piccoli negozi di alimentari con frutta e verdura freschissime,farmacie, banche, ufficio postale,fermata di autobus e taxi, Etc Etc e tutto quello che può' avere a disposizione il centro di un piccolo paese. Il mare e la bellissima spiaggia di Los Cristianos e dista solamente 200 metri.

L'appartamento è composto da 2 camera da letto matrimoniali , 2 bagni nuovissimi con doccia( ensuite) ,cucina  completamente attrezzata e nuovissima, con lavatrice, frigo, forno elettrico e microonde, bollitore , pentole ,piatti, bicchieri e tutto quanto necessario per cucinare e mangiare durante il soggiorno.

Internet Wi-Fi con Fibra privato e gratuito in tutto l'appartamento!!!

Il living room ha una bella vista mare ed è dotato di un bel e nuovissimo divano con Tv a Led 50”. Con canali spagnoli e qualche canale inglese, italiano, francese etc.

Il terrazzo ha una vista mare e porto ed è dotato di tavolo con sedie e tenda parasole.Gustarsi e godersi un bel bicchiere di vino fresco o una birra al momento del tramonto è veramente uno spettacolo impareggiabile!!!

Come si può vedere dalle foto è tutto completamente nuovo!!!

L'appartamento è dotato di asse e ferro da stiro,asciugacapelli,cassaforte, lavatrice ed un  Televisore LED (50 "),nel soggiorno .

Inoltre l'appartamento viene dotato di lenzuola ed asciugamani necessari per il soggiorno

La piscina è stata ristrutturata pochi mesi fa, ed è utilizzabile gratuitamente dagli ospiti del building.

L'edificio dispone anche di due campi da tennis ( a pagamento)

Il parcheggio( per circa 50 auto) è libero e disponibile gratuitamente .

“Lovely bright apartment, great location”

We loved Los Cristianos (this was our first visit to the Canary Islands). The apartment is central, and close to the beaches, shops, bars and restaurants, also near the bus station which was perfect for seeing the rest of the island. The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable, and the south facing balcony was much appreciated. A lovely fortnight all round!
