Enjoy your time in Sarasota in this newly renovated 3 bedroom 2 bathroom pool home. Located in a quiet family neighborhood just minutes to shopping, dining, golf courses and of course the #1 Beach in the USA along with multiple other beautiful beaches including Lido Key, Casey Key, Turtle Beach and more.

The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and has a comfortable dining area with seating for up to 6 people. There is a toaster, coffee maker, tea pot, as well as collanders, mixing bowls, silverware for 16, baking pans, frying pans and pots, cooking utensils, cutting boards and knives. The Master bedroom has a King size bed, dresser, two nightstands and a large master closet. The Master bathroom is attached with dual sinks and a shower. The second bedroom features a Queen sized bed, night stand and dresser. There is a closet as well. The third bedroom has bunk beds with a twin top bunk and a full sized bottom bunk, a large closet and a chest of drawers. There is another full bathroom with a bathtub and a separate spacious laundry area with a washer and dryer. The living room has a sofa, love seat and flat screen tv with cable and WiFi. Relax on the patio at a table for six with an umbrella or take a dip in the in ground pool. There is a large front yard and the back yard is fenced in for privacy. Off street parking for two compact cars. There are linens for up to 8 guests, sheets for all of the beds, a vacuum, as well as other household cleaning items. Regular housekeeping is available at an additional charge. Arrangements can be made directly with Darcy.

Pets will be considered on a case to case basis.

We were in Florida for my nieces wedding. The location was perfect for us. Nice quite neighborhood, close to grocery stores and shopping. We really enjoyed the back yard and pool.
