"Sawmill Creek Village"

This upscale, ideal location 1 block from Main St. enjoys ski-in access from the bottom of Four O'Clock Ski Run where the free shuttle picks up. Freshly remodeled, with a fully equipped kitchen, a large, private hot tub, sleds and plenty of toys/board games for the kids, this unit is equally comfortable for adults as for families.

The three bedrooms with three full baths with granite counters have are all on separate, private levels. And even the folks on the pullout couch in the living room are alone on their floor! You'll love the open, fully-equipped kitchen with granite counters and the breakfast bar. On the bottom level, there is a separate den with a TV.

There is a large, brand new private hot tub on the deck off the main level. At a mere 30 yards off the bottom of a ski run, go home for lunch! Your sub-5 minute walk to either of the 2 bus stops 1 block from your property would be like walking to your car in the gondola lot. Staying here, you don't have to load gear onto your car, or even pay the nominal amount for parking in the gondola lot! Choose between the bus that takes you to the base of Peak 8, or ride the bus 2 blocks to the gondola. And now Breck's Free Shuttle (Free Ride) has an app where you can see exactly where the buses are at any given moment!

The maximum number of guests for this unit is 8, so there is some flexibility to sleeping arrangements.

Gas fireplace, gas grill, CD player, DVD player, VCR, Cable TV, Wireless Internet, washer, full-sized washer-dryer, all at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Private garage with snow toys and bicycles for your kids to explore the property with!

Parking is strictly enforced due to this property's prime location. There are parking spaces for only 2 vehicles in the November-April: The one-car garage and one spot in driveway only. Large SUV's do not fit in the garage.

May-October can accommodate a third car parked out front, but at no time are RV's of any sort allowed to be parked in front of this home. Please Google "Breck parking" for nominal fee parking options.

How do damage deposits work?
