Luxury & spacious detached villa (1.200 m2) located in the southern part of the Netherlands, close to Tilburg. The villa has an amazing view on the natural park which is located in front of the property. From here you can make a relaxing walk while being surrounded by flora and fauna.
The villa has a lovely large garden, terraces (2x), barbecue and garage for 2 cars. Free private car parking and Wi-Fi.
The villa has 2 large living-rooms, separated by a trendy gas fireplace, luxury furniture, fully equipped kitchen with American fridge, 2 bathrooms with bathtubs and rain shower, 3 restrooms and 5 bedrooms. All rooms have French doors with view on the garden.
The villa is wheelchair accessible. On the ground floor there is a master bedroom with bathroom and toilet.
From the lobby a spiral staircase takes you to the upper floors. The attic has a balcony from which you can enjoy the view on the park.
Suitable for 2- up to 10 persons who love nature; but at the same time closely located to the sparkling city center of Tilburg and all its attractions.
The villa is perfectly suitable for couples/friends/families/business people for long- and short-term rent.

Guests are required to make a down payment of 50% of the total amount. The payment should be made 6 weeks before the date of arrival. In case of last minute bookings, the total amount should be paid upfront.

The modern villa has a great location and is close to all main attractions and cities Tilburg/Eindhoven/Breda/Den Bosch (20 minutes), close to the Belgian border (10 minutes), Antwerp (1 hour), Brussels (2 hours). Nearest beach Scheveningen (1 hour). Amsterdam/The Hague/Rotterdam are easy to reach by car or by public transport.
Nearest Airport Eindhoven 40 kilometers. Railway station Tilburg (10 minutes by car or bus). Bus stop on walking distance 200 meters.
