This is the vacation house you've dreamed of -- located in the exclusive SeaBluffe Village guard-gated community, you will not be disappointed! Just steps to the beautiful Pacific Ocean with private beach access! Totally remodeled with beach decor and designer decorated -- the type of vacation home that makes you catch your breath right when you walk in.
This tri-level townhome is perfect for family vacations, group retreats, or romantic getaways. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms -- 2 masters with California King-size beds and 1 kids bedroom that can sleep 6 (full-size bunkbeds with a pull-out trundle). There is also a queen-size inflatable bed if needed. Once you lay in the beds with high-quality bedding, you'll be in heaven. Bathrooms each have hair dryers, no need to bring yours!
The entire house has been remodeled and all amenities upgraded. The kitchen, with granite counter tops and luxury appliances, is stocked with everything you need to cook gourmet meals, including all of the extras, and the spacious private deck has outdoor seating plus a brand new propane barbeque grill. Washer and dryer makes laundry easy during your stay!
Every amenity you can imagine and beyond what you'll get in your average rental -- contemporary decor that serves as a constant reminder you're at the Beach, high speed WiFi (AT&T U-Verse), mounted flat screen TVs with smart applications (think Netflix, Facebook, YouTube), DirecTV, and BluRay will keep you wired during your stay. To get maximum enjoyment from your beach vacation, we've stocked the townhome with 3 surfboards, 5 beach cruisers, beach chairs, sports accessories, beach towels and more! Enjoy an all-inclusive experience and don't bring anything but your bathing suit -- we've got you covered!
SeaBluffe Village has many amenities to enjoy! There are 2 swimming pools, 5 tennis courts, basketball court, playground, jacuzzi spa, and 2 clubhouses. And talk about location -- this is the perfect spot to enjoy everything San Diego has to offer, including SeaWorld, the San Diego Zoo, Lego Land, or even take in a Chargers or Padres game!
