Description

Molly's Mews is a Northern Ireland Tourist Board approved holiday home.

It is a modern stylish 4 bedroom townhouse available for summer lets and as an ideal base to explore the famous Causeway Coast of Northern Ireland.

The house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in the exclusive Millstone development of Portstewart, 15 minutes walk from promenade, beach, golf course, shops and restaurants.

A short drive takes you into Portrush and on round the coast to Bushmills and the famous Giants Causeway and surrounding spectacular scenery. A drive in the other direction will bring you to Londonderry (UK City of Culture 2013) and on into County Donegal. There are many beautiful sandy beaches in the area and golf courses to choose from, with a great choice of fine restaurants.

Ground floor accommodation comprises an entrance hall, living room, downstairs toilet, spacious kitchen and dining area, utility room and rear garden (accessed via patio doors).

First floor accommodation includes a family bathroom with a bath and shower, 4 bedrooms with standard double beds and 1 ensuite with a double shower.

Duvets and pillows are included in the price.

Electricity and central heating are also included in the price as is fibre-optic broadband.

The property also has a spacious drive way and parking for 3 vehicles.

Facilities include :· Microwave, Washing Machine, Iron and Ironing board, vacuum cleaner,Shaver Point, hairdryer, Freeview TV,DVD Player (and selection of movies), Garden Furniture, BBQ ,Private Garden (open to driveway)

Travel cot, stair gates and high chair available free of charge for children.

Seasonal opening – Beginning of June to mid September.(Bookings in July and August are for a minimum 7 nights stay with a Saturday changeover)

Families and couples welcome, strictly no groups of young people.

“Great Accommodation”

We were a party of seven staying for a week. The house was spacious and provided ample accommodation. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we required during our stay. The owner was extremely quick to respond to any queries. In short, we would highly recommend Molly’s Mews and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Hopefully we will return. Many thanks!

Lovely house bright and airy. Really well supplied with kitchen utensils and other basics like toilet rolls. Four good sized bedrooms and one very nice en-suite. 15 minute walk to town on a pathway.

I’m a bit confused about your comments on the location and number of bathrooms - the detail on the website for the house gives the postcode and exact location and also says that it is approx 15 minutes walk to the promenade and beach. The property details also descibe the rooms on each floor including the bathrooms (1 ensuite, 1 bathroom and 1 downstairs toilet) I’m not sure where you got the incorrect information from. Molly's Mews is a lovely spacious, clean house, It has three bathrooms and four double bedrooms and it had all the necessary amenities we needed. It was the perfect house for our family to catch up with old friends. It is Situated about 20-minute walk from both the beautiful Strand Beach and Portstewart promenade. you will be spoilt by the array of eateries. The locals are very friendly and helpful.There is plenty to entertain both adults and children alike.Portrush is on your doorstep. If you have access to a car, or transport there are lots of beautiful sights to see and places to visit. I would highly recommend Portstewart as a base to explore Northern Ireland. I will hopefully be returning here next year.
