Kevin House is a 100 square meter detached house. located on the ground floor of a two-story tri-family building. The house consists of: kitchen, living room with fireplace, bathroom with Jacuzzi, three double bedrooms, swimming pool, garden and veranda. In the internal courtyard of the property, it is possible to park up to three cars. Lucca is famous for its walls and the historic center, 100 churches, historic villas, wine and oil from its hills. The house offers large, comfortable and clean rooms where you can spend your holidays with your family and friends. The house has independent heating. In the kitchen at your disposal you will find the dishwasher, the refrigerator, dishes, glasses, cutlery and crockery, toaster, microwave, kettle, kitchen linen. The bathroom with a large mirror and double sink, with whirlpool tub. Towels are available. The rooms are very spacious and the beds are ready to welcome you. In the house you will find the wi-fi service included, TV, radio and children's books. The house is located in a quiet and green area from where you can see the Tuscan Apennine mountains. Starting from home you can go on foot or by mountain bike. The main services are all close to the house: pharmacy (2 km), medical offices (2 km), shopping center (2 km), shops (1 km), restaurants (1 km), bus station (500 meters), pizzerias (3 km), Mc Donald's (3km) .etc. Just 7 km from the historic center of Lucca, famous for its walls to be visited for its 4.5 km in length that completely surround the old city. Known as the city of 100 churches, rich in history, culture and music. The Cathedral of S. Martino, the churches of S. Michele and S.Frediano, Piazza Anfiteatro, Torre Guinigi or the tree-lined tower are certainly worth a visit. Tower of the hours and the central Via Fillungo. Lucca is the city of Giacomo Puccini, a musician and composer famous for his works, Ungaretti, Tobino and Castracani, Pascoli, etc ... I never reply to reviews left by guests because I respect everyone's thoughts and we always try to turn criticisms and observations into opportunities to improve our work and our home. In this case I have to answer because 'things were written wrong by the guest' '. The gentleman who wrote had booked the house with Expedia for one night, and we had set up the payment of the stay and cleaning fees at check-in on this site. The day before his arrival I allowed myself to write to him to remember the amount to be paid, in this case Euro 48 for the stay and 50 for cleaning. The gentleman was convinced that he only paid 48 euros because he might not have read the booking details carefully. He asked him to double check his reservation and he confirmed that the amount was 98 (50 + 48). I am a correct and serious person in life and in my work. You may have doubts but the assistance centers of the various holiday portals exist to help you understand. Read the reviews left by our guests on vacation rental sites and judge for yourself.
