Description
Beautiful quiet accommodation in an apartment with sea views. There are two bedrooms at the ground level in the house we live in, there's a large living room, separate bathroom and separate toilet, fully equipped kitchen, with the owners living upstairs, completely separate. Outdoor entertainment area also available for your use.
The Space
There are two rooms available at the ground level of our house built in 2009.
The apartment has 10 foot ceiling, solid timber floorboards, one of the rooms with sea views, the other one right next to it in an even quieter position.
There's a large living room shared between the 2 bedrooms, also a modern bathroom and a toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with new and modern appliances.
There is an entertainment area available with barbecue and outdoor setting where you can relax and enjoy the views.
Each bedroom has a queen size bed and a wardrobe.
The living room has a 5-seat leather couch, cable TV, and audio system.
Wireless internet is available 24/7
Guest Access
Separate access form the owners on the side of the house, separate gate and stairs.
We offer breakfast as required, and can also show you around the area.
The Neighbourhood
Your room backs into our backyard, there's no real interaction with our neighbours.
Getting around
Bus 683 is at the end of the street, and the Hallett Cove Beach train station is 10 minutes walk away
Other Things to Note
Extra people over the age of 16 cost $25 per night.
There's an camping bed available for the extra people.
Children stay free, and we can organize a cot for babies if need be.
